Seasons of Me Art Activity for Elementary Students

This activity provides participants all the materials and instructions to create their own “Seasons of Me” art piece.
Participants will be guided through discussion prompts and personal reflection, then add words and/or statements to their piece that highlights what they enjoy about each season and celebrates the positive things that change can bring.
Through this activity, participants will acknowledge that change happens in life, explore their feelings about change, and celebrate positive changes in their life.
