Community Hiking Club

Join Devon Edwards, LPCC, MA on a casual Sunday morning hike. This is a chance to get outside with a friend or meet new friends from our community.
You can use this time to get some fresh air or relieve some stress whatever works for you!
This is for everyone for all ages as this is an easy hike. Please bring snacks, water and weather appropriate attire.
Hiking in nature can allow individuals to clear their minds, reduce mental fatigue, and help us think more creatively. Exercising outdoors also correlates with feelings of positivity, energy, and fewer feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, and stress.
Location: Coyote Song Trail
C-470 east. Exit at Ken Caryl Ave and head west. Turn left onto S. Valley Road and take this to the main parking area.
The is the classic/standard hike through South Valley Park and it highlights the parks towering and iconic red rock formations.
