Art with Niki

Niki will lead former and current staff in creating art that embodies an emotion or an experience, giving them something tangible to see instead of holding it all inside.
Art-making activities that includes drawing can support our bodies and our minds to help reframe our past experiences in a new light.
These empowering activities can give us the freedom to communicate our innermost feelings in whichever way we see fit, changing the outcomes of our past into what we wish to see and feel.
