Stand Up 2 Rank Up Martial Arts

We are excited to host Stand Up 2 Rank up Martial Arts!
It’s designed to build strength through breathing, meditation, and self-defense. Participants will first be introduced to concepts involving breathwork and mind management. As they progress into the next level, focus will then shift over to learning about stance work and breathing while in motion. Once participants are comfortable enough to begin learning combat basics, classes can transition into self defense basics which include moving and timing defense against another combatant. While these classes encourage the development of strength, it is entirely up to the individual to find their own limits and to develop the confidence to push themselves beyond it. Safety, compassion, awareness, and respect will always be a top priority.
For teens who have breaks during the school day and who can leave campus.
