Show Up 2 Rank Up

September 19 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Center for Strength is excited to introduce a new martial arts program designed to build strength through breathing, meditation, and self-defense. While these classes encourage the development of strength, it is entirely up to the individual to find their own limits and to develop the confidence to push themselves beyond it. Safety, compassion, awareness, and respect will always be a top priority.

Classes are currently scheduled in-person. Due to limited capacity there are only 8 spots available. Please bring your own mat.

This activity should be considered as a complementary to and not a replacement for traditional Evidence Based Therapy or counseling.

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!
