You can use this time to get some fresh air or relieve some stress whatever works for you!
Please bring snacks, water and weather appropriate attire.
Getting outside can allow individuals to clear their minds, reduce mental fatigue, and help us think more creatively. Exercising outdoors also correlates with feelings of positivity, energy, and fewer feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, and stress.
Meet at Center for Strength and then walk over to Central Park in Highlands Ranch (15 minute walk).
