High School Martial Arts – Show Up 2 Rank Up

This weekly martial arts program is designed for high school students to build strength through breathing, meditation, and self-defense. The class will focus on safety, compassion, awareness, and respect. Instructors: Mac Figueroa (STEM parent) and Niki Dougal. Both instructors teach classes at ZUltimate Defense Studios. Liability Waiver (onsite) must be submitted prior to attending class.

No Frills – Parenting Skills Group

Starting September 11th, we will be launching our second Parent Skills group, called No Frills. Join Jenny Robbins and other parents/caregivers in the community to connect, learn, and support each other through various parenting skills.
