This weekly martial arts program is designed for middle school students to build strength through breathing, meditation, and self-defense. The class will focus on safety, compassion, awareness, and respect. Instructors: Mac Figueroa (STEM parent) and Niki Dougal. Both instructors teach classes at ZUltimate Defense Studios.
